ELECTRIC FROST SHEILD 3KW HEATER

The Frost shield is a multi purpose device with added power for larger greenhouses. It provides the ideal environment for seeding and propagation by gently heating the air with its thermostatic control which can also be converted into a cooling unit for the warmer summer conditions. At 26cm high, it is splash proof and comes with a carry handle and flame guard casing as standard.

ELECTRIC FROST FIGHTER 2KW HEATER

Similar to the Frost Shield but geared toward the smaller structural environment, this 26cm high splash proof device packs a punch with its fully thermostatic control which automatically protects by activating below 5ºC and ensures the right environment for seeding and propagation.

PARAFIN SUPER WARM 5 HEATER

Ideal as a frost heater in larger structures or for more concentrated use in a greenhouse up to 5 square meters, the Super Warm 5 boasts a 4.5 litre capacity fuel tank which will burn continuously for a staggering 3.5 days on one filling.

PARAFIN SUPER WARM 10 HEATER

This Paraffin Greenhouse heater is ideal to protect your plants from frost and for use in a greenhouse of 10square meters (8' x 12'). With Blue Flame Efficiency this heater is very economical to run and will burn continuously for 19 hours on one filling.

BUBBLE PLASTIC

Insulation extends plant life and can enable earlier propagation of plants, especially during the winter months when growth is much slower and frost protection is crucial. Each kit is 30’x2’5” and comes complete with fittings to attach the UVI treated insulation to the framework and is guaranteed for 5 years against discolouration. Elite recommend that if you do insulate your greenhouse, an allowance for ventilation is required to prevent damping off and the formation of disease.

NETTING

Over exposure to the sun can often scorch leaves, especially if the roof section is south facing. Attached to the inside of the framework to allow a roof vent to reduce the greenhouse temperature, the netting provides a good shade system for plants through dissipating the sun's rays and preventing burning. Each kit is 20’ x 6’ and comes complete with Lining Hooks.

LINING HOOKS

Used to attach lining such as bubble plastic or netting to the inside framework. The plug is pushed through the lining material and then twisted and locked into position in the glazing bar.
